Seek Staffing Ltd is committed to preventing and eradicating all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitation, within our operations and supply chains. This policy outlines our commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Seek Staffing Ltd is committed to ensuring that its staff and any workers it supplies (directly or indirectly) are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and similar human rights abuses.

2. Policy Statement
2.1. Prohibition of Modern Slavery

Seek Staffing Ltd prohibits all forms of modern slavery, including but not limited to forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking, within our organization and supply chains. We are committed to upholding human rights, promoting fair labor practices, and ensuring that all individuals involved in our operations are treated with dignity and respect.

2.2. Supply Chain Due Diligence

We are committed to conducting due diligence on our supply chains to identify and address potential risks of modern slavery. We work closely with our suppliers to assess their practices and promote ethical and responsible conduct.

2.3. Employee Awareness and Training

Seek Staffing Ltd provides training to our employees to raise awareness of the signs of modern slavery and how to report any suspicions. We encourage our employees to be vigilant and responsible in identifying and addressing potential issues.

  •        All our staff receive awareness-raising information around issues involving modern slavery and human trafficking, so that they can bring any concerns they have to the attention of management.
  •       Our recruiters, HR personnel, and/or staff involved in our procurement and supply chains undertake training courses that include guidance around modern slavery and human trafficking, as well as other wider human rights issues.

Any staff, workers or other parties are strongly encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions that they might have to HR Manager -Black Jennifer Aber or the Director Julian Okolonji
