Seek Staffing Ltd Referral Program

Our Referral Program is an incentive initiative established by Seek Staffing Ltd wherein current employees or individuals associated with our company are rewarded with monetary compensation, often in the form of cash, for referring qualified candidates who are subsequently hired by the company.

The purpose of this program is to leverage the existing network and connections of employees or affiliates to identify and attract talented individuals who can contribute to the company’s services. The cash reward is typically provided once the referred candidate meets certain predetermined criteria, such as completion of registration and total number of hours worked

Key elements of Seek Staffing cash referral program may include:

1. Incentives: Monetary compensation or cash rewards are provided to referrers as an incentive for referring qualified candidates.

2. Qualification: The referred candidate must meet specific criteria or qualifications outlined by the company, such as skills, experience, and suitability for the job.

3. Payout: The cash reward is typically paid out after the referred candidate fulfills the established conditions, which may include successfully joining the company and/or completing a probationary period.

4. Eligibility: There may be specific guidelines regarding who is eligible to participate in the referral program, such as current employees, contractors, or external affiliates.

5. Policy: The referral program is often governed by a documented policy that outlines the program’s terms and conditions, including the amount of the cash reward, the process for making referrals, and any tax implications.

Seek Staffing Ltd Referral Policy V2.2

Definitions

  • Compliant – Seek Staffing follow various framework guidelines to register our candidates. Once a candidate has passed this stage, they are deemed compliant and are able to undertake agency work.
  • Qualifying Criteria – The criteria that must be met by the Referral in order for the Referrer to qualify for the Referral Cash Bonus.
  • Referral – A person who has not previously worked for Seek Staffing or a Worker who has not worked for Seek Staffing within the last 12 months prior to the Referral Date (otherwise known as a “New Worker”).
  • Referral Reward - A referral reward is a financial incentive or reward given to an individual for referring another person, often a job candidate.
  • Referral Date – The date on which Seek Staffing received the Referral.
  • Referrer – A person who recommends a potential New Worker to Seek Staffing.
  • Program – The individual program that Seek Staffing has created to provide the opportunity for Referrals to be made and Referral Cash Bonus payments to be earned.
  • Temporary Placements – Workers which are engaged only for a specific period of time, seasonal or casual work.
  • Candidate – A person who has previously worked for Seek Staffing or a potential Seek Staffing worker.

Referral reward

The Temp Staffing Agency Referral Policy outlines the incentives and rewards for individuals who refer potential candidates to the agency. Here's a breakdown of the policy:

  1. Qualified Nurse Referral:

    • Reward: £250
    • Conditions: The referrer will receive £250 after the referred candidate, who is a Qualified Nurse, has completed 100 hours of work with the agency.
  2. Non-Qualified Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker Referral:

    • Reward: £50
    • Conditions: The referrer will receive £50 after the referred candidate, who is a Non-Qualified Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker, has completed 150 hours of work with the agency.
  3. Hospitality Worker Referral:

    • Reward: Between £50 and £100 (depending on the type of worker)
    • Conditions: The referrer will receive a reward ranging from £50 to £100 after the referred candidate, who is a Hospitality Worker, has completed 150 hours of work with the agency. The specific amount may vary based on the type of worker referred.
  4. Administrative Assistant/Office Worker Referral:

    • Reward: Between £50 and £100 (depending on the type of worker)
    • Conditions: The referrer will receive a reward ranging from £50 to £100 after the referred candidate, who is an Administrative Assistant or Office Worker, has completed 150 hours of work with the agency. The specific amount may vary based on the type of worker referred.
  5. Security/Receptionist Worker Referral:

    • Reward: Between £50
    • Conditions: The referrer will receive a reward ranging from £50 after the referred candidate, who is a Security or Receptionist Worker, has completed 150 hours of work with the agency.

Qualiying Criteria

  • For a Referral to qualify, such Referral will need to be submitted by the Referrer to Seek Staffing either by phone, email, post or the online form on the Seek Staffing website. The outcome of the Referrer giving the Referral’s details to Seek Staffing will be for the relevant consultant to contact the Referral with the intention of registering them as a New Worker, thereafter then securing them work engagements.
  • Professions – For a Referral to qualify, the Referral must be a Qualified Nurse, HCA/Support Worker, Hospitality Worker and Administrative/OtherWorkers eg Security, Cleaners etc.
  • Worked Hours – The Referral Reward will be payable to the Referrer once the Referral has worked the required hours with Seek Staffing within the first 6 (six) months of the Referral’s first shift after becoming Compliant and such hours have been authorised and accepted by Seek Staffing’s client(s) (the “Qualifying Hours”).

Terms and Conditions

By referring any person to Seek Staffing Ltd under this program you agree to the following:

1. Reservation of Right: Seek Staffing Ltd has the right to decide whether or not to register a referred candidate if they don't have suitable job vacancies for that candidate.

2. Scope Changes: The agency reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend scheme as they see fit.

3. Eligibility: The program is limited to fixed-term contract or temporary staff placements and does not apply to permanent staff placements.

4. Referral Ethics: Referrers should not refer anyone if doing so would breach any duty they owe to any other organization or person.

5. Candidate's Permission: Referrers must obtain explicit permission from the referred candidate to share their details and/or CV with Seek Staffing Ltd. The candidate must also consent to being contacted by a Seek Staffing Ltd.

6. Referral Fee Criteria: To be eligible for a referral fee, the referred candidate must be placed in a fixed-term contract or temporary role and complete required hours for the candidate referred.

7. Referrer's Responsibility: It is the referrer's responsibility to inform Seek Staffing Ltd when the referred candidate has completed the required hours of work.

8. Liability Limitation: Seek Staffing shall not be held liable for any loss or damage related to the agreement, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, contract, or indirect or consequential losses.

9. Effective Date: The Referral programe (Temp/Contract) scheme started on July 01, 2021. Any referrals made prior to this date are not applicable to this program.

 

Seek Staffing maintains the discretion to decline a request for a Referral Reward Payment under the following conditions:

a. If the Referral has enrolled with Seek Staffing in the previous 12 months.

b. If the Referral does not meet the Qualifying Criteria.

c. If the Referral is presently employed by Seek Staffing.

d. For any other reason or circumstance that Seek Staffing considers invalid.

 

These terms and conditions are important to understand for both the referrer and the referred candidate to ensure that they meet the requirements and conditions set by Seek Staffing Ltd for participation in the Referral Program. It is always advisable to read and understand the terms and conditions of such programs before participating in them.
