We are looking for a Chef Manager who will assist Healthcare Professionals, under the supervision of qualified Nursing Staff, to carry out a spectrum of duties.

Manage the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery, ensuring that all aspects

of the service operates within organisational policies and procedures and complies with relevant regulations.

Consult regularly with the resident group regarding menus and to receive feedback.

Summary

Essential Qualification

Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

City and Guilds 706 Level 1/2 or NVQ2 in Professional Cookery

NVQ2 in Hospitality & Catering
