Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team. As an RGN , you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to individuals across a range of healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
Clinical Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures as needed.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patients’ conditions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health staff, to ensure coordinated care.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients’ rights and needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification: You must be a qualified and registered general nurse, holding a valid RGN license.
Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
Clinical Expertise: A solid understanding of general nursing practices and procedures.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
